Exchange Policy

Our dedication to customer satisfaction extends well beyond the initial purchase with a clearly defined and fair return policy. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that maintain their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging fully intact. The product must be free from any odors, stains, or imperfections and include every original part and accessory. We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t satisfy these conditions or show indications of use beyond reasonable inspection.

To request a return, please contact our customer service department to receive a return authorization form and specific shipping instructions tailored to your location. All returns must include this authorization number prominently displayed on the package exterior. After we receive your return, our inspection team will evaluate the items within 5-7 business days. Once approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please understand that original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except when the return results from our error.

Exchanges are available for items of equivalent value, subject to current stock availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is unavailable, we will process a refund instead. Certain products are excluded from returns, including clearance merchandise, personalized products, and safety equipment that has been removed from its original packaging. When returning items, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your shipment receipt until the return process concludes completely. During promotional periods and seasonal sales, return processing may extend beyond our standard timeframes due to substantially increased volume moving through our inspection and processing departments.
